We offer you the choice to choose our music or requesting songs. Please only request popular songs. More obscure music may be hard to find and will delay your order.

The resolution of the files should be between 300 dpi to 600 dpi. The smaller the picture the higher the resolution should be.
We can accept a wide variety of formats but we prefer jpegs. Jpegs are smaller in file size and are easier to upload. Formats accepted are:

You can. We prefer you to use a courier that provides tracking numbers. We will accept any kind of digital media. We also will accept any kind of scanable document or photograph, sizes accepted are small wallet size to 11x13. Please take your photos out of the frames. Please number your photos if you want them to appear in order. If you don´t want to write on the back of your photos we suggest using sticky notes.

We use UPS and will provide you with a tracking # to insure you know where your documents are at all times. Your documents will be delivered with your 2 DVD copies as soon as the DVD is complete.

Your video will be posted on line for 30 days.
